Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yvelune ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yvelune is a clinical facial exercise platform that provides guided exercise sessions using camera-based facial landmark detection. The Service is intended to complement — not replace — professional aesthetic and medical care.

Yvelune is a wellness support tool for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

3. Who May Use the Service

The Service is available to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have been invited by a participating clinic
  • Have provided valid account credentials

Clinic administrators and operators access the Service under separate agreements with Yvelune.

4. Account & Access

Your account is created by your clinic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your clinic immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Camera Access & Privacy

The Service requires access to your device's camera during exercise sessions. Camera data is processed entirely on your device and is not transmitted, recorded, or stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

By using the exercise session feature, you consent to camera access for the purpose of facial landmark detection during your session.

6. Clinical Guidance

Exercise protocols are prescribed by your clinic based on your biometric scan and treatment history. Always follow your provider's guidance. If an exercise causes pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms, stop immediately and consult your provider.

Yvelune does not override clinical judgment. Safety gates (blocking exercises after certain treatments) are built in, but your provider has the final say on your protocol.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yvelune provides guided exercises and biometric tracking as a wellness tool. We make no guarantees about aesthetic outcomes, medical results, or treatment effectiveness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yvelune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, exercise protocols, and design elements of the Service are owned by Yvelune or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Patent pending.

9. Data & Content

Your clinic owns the clinical relationship. Your session data, scan results, and exercise history are accessible to you and your clinic. Yvelune processes and stores this data on behalf of your clinic.

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and deletion.

10. Termination

Your access to the Service may be terminated by your clinic or by Yvelune at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
